Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani has admitted that he made “false” statements about two Georgia election officials he accused of rigging the 2020 election.
In an overnight court filing signed by Guiliani, Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer conceded that he does not contest the allegations made in a defamation suit brought by Peach State elections workers Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea “Shay” Moss.
“The Defendant Giuliani, for the purposes of this litigation only, does not contest that … such actionable factual statements are false,” the filing, shared by Politico reporter Kyle Cheney, reads.
However, Guiliani, 79, insisted that his statements “did not carry meaning that is defamatory, per se” and that they are “constitutionally protected statements or opinions.”
The two election workers filed a defamation suit against Giuliani, once “America’s mayor,” and conservative news network One America News Network (OAN) in December 2021, accusing them of spreading false claims they had committed election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
A heavily edited clip of security footage was widely circulated online and by Trump allies at the time as supposed proof of fraud.
Guiliani accused the mother-daughter duo of passing USB drives “like vials of heroin or cocaine” while they were counting ballots.
Moss later revealed to the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot that her mother handed her a ginger mint.
Georgia’s State Election Board dismissed its yearslong investigation into alleged election fraud in June and officially cleared Freeman and Moss.
The fraud claims were “unsubstantiated and found to have no merit,” the investigation concluded, NBC reported.

I don't believe that was any significant portion of the vote.
Trump got 74 million, which is the highest vote total ever recorded for a President.
Biden's votes were fabricated, especially in the big cities in the swing states.
Kiryandil has done good work in tabulating the county to county election totals for the entire nation, and when you look at the numbers for specific counties, Biden only won counties he *NEEDED* to win. If he was showing such a groundswell of people who wanted him, we should have seen the same level of increases in counties he didn't need to win.
His "wins" are too specific and don't make any sense outside of cheating.
Of course he got massive numbers in California and New York and other liberal hell holes, but in the swing states, which are the only states that matter, his "wins" were oddly specific to counties under Democrat control with little increase in counties not under Democrat control.

Rudy wasn’t wrong. They got caught on video , after the fake water main break, turning machines back on and pulling boxes of ballots from under a table covered in a cloth.

The courts refused to bring them into the courts.
They were unsuccessful because they weren’t adjudicated.
Of course media doesn’t mention those facts.

I read a Fortune article about a dubious prescription drug family that gave millions to art museums to boost their image. I lost for Giuliani learning he was their lawyer.

Rudy has a radio show from 3 to 4 on weekdays on 77 WABC out of NYC. I listen most of the time.
He addressed this today, and I am QUITE satisfied with his explanation of what occurred and why.
You Rudy haters need to tone it down. The guy is legendary, both as a legal mind and the BEST MAYOR NYC has ever had.

Hey Glimmer, I was right. A simple search on Rumble for Ruby Freeman Livestream turned up a hit immediately. She was walking through the area with boxes and boxes of ballots whispering about things they weren’t supposed to be doing.

Even with good proof it’s hard to convict them of crimes.
I’m not sure you agree, but IMO Sydney Powell et al should have worked on illegal ballots rather than election software. It’s possible that such software could be abused in the future though.
