😁👍⚽
Big deal It’s only soccer. And women’s soccer at that.
The US Lesbo Team are losers again
My surprised face : 😏
When did singing our National Anthem become a thing?
I have always stood silently and respectfully as my National Anthem was played. If in uniform, I saluted. If not, I stood at attention or with my right hand over my heart.
There is no protocol to sing…
This is just a bunch of haters trying to find fault with people.
There is not a big tradition of singing the national anthem in the US. For most sporting events in other countries the music of the anthem is played and the crowd and teams sing. In the US a singer usually sings the anthem and everyone else listens.
Having experienced both I prefer the foreign way, I don’t like having performers putting their own spin on the anthem.
“I’m listening to the f_____ song!”
Agree
They actually have fans??!!?
Should revoke their passports.
The fans don’t matter. Nor do their countrymen. The team is too typical of an example of the self-glorifying “be all you can be” “lemme signal how dope I am!” crowd. It’s sad. At least no one that matters considers them role models. Not that the team cares. It’s best to ignore their selfish trolling and let them fade to the obscurity they deserve.
This is a part of Their Culture, like pro sports and Hollywood. Nothing we need to spend money on or concern ourselves with.
Think of all those mothers taking their kids to go see The Barbie movie, that’s their fanbase.
Great movie.
“When did singing our National Anthem become a thing?”
I sing some of it, but for sure I always have my hand over my heart. By my count, half these girls had a hand over their hearts. And one tall white girl was singing.
By contrast, the Vietnamese team belted out their national anthem.
‘This is just a bunch of haters trying to find fault with people.’
you missed the key point; is it too much to ask the little dears to stand as a team with their hand over their hearts...?
Gosh, you're right: nobody should ever expect a lesbian ball club sign the National Anthem!
The nerve of those haters..
Good question, I hope you get an answer.
if these ungrateful whelps wanna boycott the greatest nation on earth- then fans should boycott the players-
