Well, good for him. He's picked the incredible sinking DeSantis. Am I supposed to be impressed by his stupidity?
He'll be back. Because for every one like him there are three who have switched, and have thrown their support behind Trump.

Everyone I know is even far more Trump steady than before. I will not vote for any republican accept Trump. And I will write in his name rather than voter for another RINO. And everyone else is a RINO. If they can take down Trump we will never have a real candidate again.

Will Brandon get more than Obama twice?
And do so by bucking historical bellwether county data twice?
That’s a remarkable achievement if done once. Twice would be unicorn like stuff..
Or evidence that 2020 and 2024 were stolen and the Swamp Republican party is okay with it..

The more DeSantis loses expect more delusional projections onto Trump

If your boyfriend, DeSantis, is so great, then why are his poll numbers crashing? I give him two weeks to be 10% or below.

Stop you’re wasting your time throwing logic into the mix when it comes to Trump.
Trump has a large percentage of supporters that will not abandon him no matter what happens, which in many ways is admirable.
I personally hope the MAGA agenda continues and grows inside the Republican Party, the future is economic nationalism and support for the working class of Americas especially as the Democrats go further to the left become more and more anti-American every day.
Right now the MAGA movement is totally focused on Trump and anyone who has moderate support for Trump is mocked and ridiculed and cast aside.
Many of the people he endorsed for public office run for office with the my way or the highway approach and don’t really try to attract to new people, not realizing that MAGA alone can’t win a national election and can’t win a lot of statewide elections.
Yesterday I was watching an interview with Kari Lake, in which she totally trashed Doug Ducey. Previously she trashed McCain supporters. What’s odd about this is a woman who has never won an election is trashing two people who have won multiple elections.
You don’t have to like McCain or Ducey or their policies, if you are a Republican you need their votes, instead of trashing their supporters why not try to attract them and unify the party...
In Georgia, Trump trashed Kemp and Raffensberger, they both easily won reelection and Trump and his endorsed candidates all lost their elections.
The mistakes of Georgia and Arizona are repeating themselves nationwide and Republicans simply cannot win without Georgia and Arizona.

Yep. President Trump is losing support in the Republican Party.
For the most part they held their nose and voted for him even though he really was just too too icky for them really. Right now the Uni-party is jockeying to see whom they will choose as their designated looser.
At the same time, President Trump seems to be gaining supporters among Americans.
You know? American citizens, the forgotten equation in American politics.

As I've wrote in other threads, show me one new person to back Trump. My mom, daughter-n-law, step-sister, two former employees (one being a black man), a neighbor one mile down, and the count goes on..
The point is, there are uncounted thousands of new Trump supporters that you won't know about because they are not celebrities and/or won't get paid /rewarded for dissing him.

Before getting to the details of the latest Florida Polling, I want to draw attention to the hands controlling the strings on the DeSantis puppet.
By now, readers here are very familiar with the Sea Island group, the billionaires, multinational Wall Street entities and DC Republicans who first assembled in Sea Island, Georgia, at the 2016 conference for how to eliminate Trump. That same group has never changed their intention and is the same group behind the 2023 push to use DeSantis as the fake $100 bill on a fishing string being dragged through the MAGAhood.
In the article about the failing DeSantis campaign completely changing strategies, you might note this quote:
“Cody Hall is joining the campaign as a senior communications adviser. He will remain a top political adviser to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, having also served as communications director after he worked on his 2018 campaign for governor.”
While most casual political observers will miss it, this is another data point in the Sea Isl construct. This is the worldview of the new DeSantis campaign senior communications advisor as expressed in 2017:
The pro-intervention, neocon, establishment Republican worldview of foreign policy, is the perspective of Cody Hall. The same corporatist worldview of Brian Kemp, and the same establishment worldview of Ron DeSantis. These alignments are not accidental, they are purposeful. This is the authentic nature of who the people controlling the DeSantis campaign are. OK, point made, moving on.
Florida Atlantic has done a new poll showing how President Trump is widening the gap amid the electorate that knows Ron DeSantis best, the Florida voters. Not only does the Florida electorate know DeSantis, but they are also subject to feeling the outcome of DeSantis policies as advanced by the control agents behind him.
Florida voters do not support Ron DeSantis over Donald Trump. Do not underestimate the importance of this, as THIS POLL comes at the exact same time the DeSantis campaign is saying they will stop talking about Florida. “There will be more of a national focus than constant Florida references,” yeah, because the people of Florida are fodder in the wake of the governor’s career.
BOCA RATON, Fla. — Gov. Ron DeSantis is now trailing former President Donald Trump by 20 percentage points among Florida voters in the upcoming 2024 Republican Presidential primary, according to recent poll numbers.
New polling results from Florida Atlantic University show Trump with the biggest lead over DeSantis of all major GOP primary polls conducted in 2023.
The poll asked registered Republican voters, “If the GOP Presidential Primary were held today, which candidate would you vote for?” 50 percent of polled voters chose Trump, while 30 percent chose DeSantis. 7 percent of voters were undecided, and the remaining 13 percent were divided between other GOP candidates, including Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Chris Christie, Nikki Haley, and Mike Pence.
DeSantis did not fare much better in a hypothetical one-on-one matchup with Trump.
When the poll asked voters which of the two candidates they’d vote for if the primary were today, 54 percent chose Trump and 37 percent chose DeSantis with 8 percent being undecided. (read more)

“Hilarious? First, Trump lost, and for the several midterms, he basically lost—2018, 2022. DeSantis, on the other hand has NEVER lost an election. His last was a 20 point landslide win.”
Ehh.... you must know by now that I am torn on this issue...BUT...
I do feel that Trump is our best hope and best option for defeating the DS Marxists in the next election (sans another steal)..... which is really ALL I CARE ABOUT.
And despite the asinine name-calling, hyperbole, bullying and childish behavior from Trump, I still believe that he has the best chance of winning... and/or of beating the damned leftist Democrats.
Therefore, I stand by what I have always said... that I will back Trump 1st (unless he pulls some really heinous stunt that pisses me off between now and then) and DeSantis as my 2nd choice and backup plan. I strongly urge others to do the same.

Funny. The same thing can be said of DeSantis and RamaSwampy (who is absorbing the DeSantis leakage )
Funny. They are millions of votes behind rPOTUS.
