He's our president because a bloodless coup d'état was executed by election theft in 2020 presidential election, & it's very possible that election thefts were also executed in the 2018 & 2022 midterm elections as well. The election of Az. Governorship is still being contested, though I doubt Kari Lake will win, not because she lacks solid evidence, but again the courts are playing games.
We see a two-tiered system in place that charges a president for keeping claimed classified documents that he claims he unclassified (and the presidential records acts confirms that a president has that power), while nothing is being done at all to the current president who was in possession of classified documents in 3 unsecure locations, and he had those documents from when he was a Senator & Vice President, so he clearly didn't have any right to be in possession of these classified documents.
Your Bill of Rights are constantly under attack. This Bill of Rights specifically state that these rights are endowed to every citizen by their creator, not by man of government. Many of them have been watered down & outright denied in many states.

It also helps to keep the complex criminal enterprise players in place both within & out of government positions of influence. Should one of them lose their position of power within the government, no problem they get a high-paying position in one of the corporate entities that help make up the private portion of the Deep State machinery.
The Rule of Law has been replaced with the domination of the constructs that make up the judicial machinery.
