The governor of Massachusetts is calling on citizens to open their homes to illegal aliens. Governor Maura Healey – a Democrat – is asking folks in the commonwealth to provide a room or an apartment for just a few days.

No one is going to participate unless some gov’t entity is going to pay the ‘rent’ for this guy/gal. I don’t see this going far.
Oh my, wonder if even the Third Amendment is being viewed in the same contempt as the Second by the Dems?
Two weeks to flatten the curve. Once they're in, it will be illegal to kick them out.
there’s a lot of rental properties that remain vacant in winter...agree...it’s all about....pay me...
You first, guv.
Many well off Democrats buy toilet paper with the bill of rights printed on it. To them that is all the bill of rights is good for.
Mr. Starns,
Thank you for not using the word ‘migrant’ in the headline.
I’ll take Three. I need a cook, a maid, and a gardener.
I can see where this is going. In 240 years there will be another call for reparations.
EC
Yeah right.....just like someone saying they're only stopping at the bar for one drink. Never happens.....
And if you believe that it’s only going to be “for a few days” then you are the biggest fool in the world.

One thing I’ll say...if you have 5,000 marginally qualified people crossing the border daily, and you don’t have cheap housing in major metropolitan areas for situations like this (where they are headed), then something of a uncivil nature is bound to happen in five years.
I don’t think the White House folks have the understanding to realize the approaching problems.
Being asked to quarter our UN/globalist-imported conquering army?
You first Govenatrix.
First they are “asked” and it is “for a few days”.
But how long before it is clear that none of us is doing our part for climate change without immigrants housed in nearly every room of our houses?
By then, with CBDCs and SDG mandates, why really would rent be required at all?
Of course they do. That’s part of their plan.
No.
Not in Boston. The whole metro area is packed solid with college students in the winter. We used to pray for summer to come so we could find parking.
Heartsick at what has happened to my old home town, but I've moved on. Those leftist fools who take these economic migrants into their homes will suffer the consequences. And I will say "I told you so."
There are plenty of bonehead, virtue signaling libs that will do this. I hope. Because in the end, it will not be pretty.
