One thing I’ll say...if you have 5,000 marginally qualified people crossing the border daily, and you don’t have cheap housing in major metropolitan areas for situations like this (where they are headed), then something of a uncivil nature is bound to happen in five years.

Not in Boston. The whole metro area is packed solid with college students in the winter. We used to pray for summer to come so we could find parking.
