Researchers found that a person who vapes from a disposable or pod-based device such as a Juul dispels 22 times the safe level of microscopic toxins known as particulate matter, which is small enough that when inhaled can cause respiratory issues and enter the bloodstream.
The findings poke holes in the belief held by many e-cigarette users that the devices are safe to use in public, indoors or around others because they do not produce the traditional pungent smoke released by traditional cigarettes, which contains thousands of chemicals, dozens of which are carcinogens.

But when that is dissipated into the air, it becomes effectively nothing, ten feet away.
Yeah but it it more dangerous than a gas stove?
Vaping is the new red dye #2 LOL
Celebrity Cruises are testing g VAPING in the casinos on 2 ships...beyond PSTUPID,
Well the flatulence of a vaping person may be worse whereas the stove burns off the hydrocarbons rendering it almost harmless. I’m reminded of the campfire scene of that western comedy where they were eating beans and vaping and the farts almost knocked the main character out from the smell.
I don’t fully believe that. I say this wave of doctors warnings has more to do with potential corporate profits vs potentially soiled lungs. Follow the money.
2 of my kids dont come around much because I smoke... so they say... now, since they both Vape, it appears they are 22 times more disgusting than I was!! lol... never a dull moment!!
baloney, tiny study, no actual data and the use of the word “may” is not definitive.
Vaping is bad.
But Clot Shot is good-
it’s just “Science” doncha know.
But pot smoke is healthy for you!
I have multiple family members who are nurses and they have screen several patients with complications due to excessive THC useage.
When will they state pot is not the safe tax revenue haven it’s been portraye as.
Vaping is bad for tobacco products, but just fine for marijuana products. That is literally how it is presented.
Both vaping and cigarettes produce microscopic particles. It's not the particles but what they are made of that is harmful. Cigarette particles contain lots of partially burned hydrocarbons. Vaping particles do not: they are almost completely glycerin, propylene glycol, the flavor additive and a little nicotine.
I think what really tees them off is that with Vapes, especially some of the newer ones, it will be virtually impossible to enforce any ban on their use because unlike cigarettes, then have no discernable odor and some of the newer ones don’t even have a discernable vapor. So you literally can walk through the middle of Wal-Mart with one palmed in your hand and puff away and nobody is the wiser. So unless they are going to ban putting your hand up to your face in public, no ban on this type of vape will ever work.
It’s best that we just let the WEF lock us away, for our own good of course, and feed us our daily rations of crickets and meal-worms. Soon we will all be doing just swimmingly!
Don’t forget the “... microscopic toxins known as particulate matter.” According to the CDC:
“Particle pollution — also called particulate matter (PM) — is made up of particles (tiny pieces) of solids or liquids that are in the air. These particles may include:
Dust
Dirt
Soot
Smoke
Drops of liquid
Some particles are big enough (or appear dark enough) to see — for example, you can often see smoke in the air. Others are so small that you can’t see them in the air.
In other words, they are “magicules”. Particles of “dark magic”, excessive consumption of which turns people into goblins or slimes.
Unfortunately, the whole Covid experience taught us that the medical industry and academic has been politicized to support the government narrative. If you to continue receiving funding you better reach the conclusions the government want. It’s difficult to trust anything.
Simply amazing! The government wants to regulate and destroy the vape industry and right on cue a “scientist” finds a heretofore undiscovered danger of vaping. Someone please remind me who funds all these “scientists” again.
Saying that “vaping” is bad for your health is almost as nebulous as saying “gasses” are bad for your health.
The devil is in the details.
Vaping juice is typically composed of a base of vegetable glycerin or propylene glycol, or both. To that can be added flavorings, nicotine, numerous marijuana substances, potentially even legal or illegal narcotics in any combination or concentration.
The potential danger to both the user and those in proximity can and does vary widely, not to mention the amount of vape released can vary from nearly nil to room-filling clouds depending on the device, temperatures, user preferences and ingredients.
