Bibby Stockholm is the first vessel secured under Home Secretary Suella Braverman's plans to reduce the cost of asylum accommodation

It has sailed from Cornwall to Portland in Dorset, where it will eventually be home to 500 asylum seekers

There's been considerable local opposition, amid fears about the impact on services already under strain like healthcare

Protesters have been gathering on the quayside even before the vessel berths in Portland Port

Opponents of the home secretary's asylum housing policy have branded the barges plan “unworkable” and expensive

KEYWORDS:
The barge is going to hold 500 illegal immigrants - all men.

The locals are saying why all men? Why not families, children, etc? They don't want them and have concerns.

The British have a sordid history of derelict prison ships or prison hulks.

Strange that they are doing the same as hundereds of years ago:

A pity in our world where it’s often difficult to determine who wants a new start vs. terrorists / drug mules / criminals.

Wide-open borders certainly isn’t the solution. That’s for certain.

Chaos is going to bring the West down; much of it self-inflicted.

If the government refuses to repel an invasion, it’s up to the citizens themselves to neutralize the enemy.

There are 500 military age males on that boat.

No women.

No kids.

Those aren’t asylum seekers.

They’re invaders.

And the UK’s citizenry has allowed its government to disarm them.

No, the barge is empty save for a small maintenance crew. It was only moved today from Falmouth to its intended berth in Portland. It will be weeks before it's ready for use.

Draft all Asylum seekers! UK will need them soon for the war in Russia. Women too (as soldiers, cooks, laundry people and comfort women). The King needs them to take Serbia, Free Ukraine, Win back South Africa, and take Moscow. The NATO/EU Army under General Hunter Biden will need all the cannon fodder they can get.

[all the cannon fodder they can get.]

Yep. It’s already started, too.
