In short, Trump essentially filed a fugitive document in the Georgia Supreme Court. The Superior Court is the proper venue to hear the Writs.

Trump is as good at picking lawyers as he is picking Cabinet members.

The second argument, that the special grand jury is unfair and therefore any subsequent indictment should be dismissed and the evidence should be suppressed in a subsequent trial, was also rejected by the Supreme Court.
