In short, Trump essentially filed a fugitive document in the Georgia Supreme Court. The Superior Court is the proper venue to hear the Writs.

Trump is as good at picking lawyers as he is picking Cabinet members.

The second argument, that the special grand jury is unfair and therefore any subsequent indictment should be dismissed and the evidence should be suppressed in a subsequent trial, was also rejected by the Supreme Court. The Court then went onto explain in very simple terms what a grand jury is, how it differs from a trial jury and how it relates to the Constitution.

You know what you can do with your United States of Banana, don't you?

I've been on Free Republic since 1997, and I've finally made my determination:

This turd world banana republic is done. There is no "rule of law" - only corrupt grifting stooges everywhere.

Go ahead and "vote" if it makes you feel better. I intend to stay out of their way.

"Proper venue"? Is that your wording. Looks like to me Trump wanted to expedite the process by bypassing the Superior Court.

And for that you trash Trump's lawyers?
