I wonder if the stats cited by the judge re: shots fired in self-defense include police shootings. Their weapons are solely for self defense. Shouldn’t we the people have the same tools available?
Her reasoning is that the average person doesn’t “need” more than 10 rounds. It’s a Bill of RIGHTS, not a bill of what the government thinks you need.
