Pence sat down with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson for an event hosted by the Family Leader, and the two men clashed over the former vice president’s staunch support for U.S. assistance for Ukraine in its war against invading Russian forces.

I think anyone with an IQ above room temperature or who didn't have an axe to grind would understand it that way.

Given there was a statement and a question. A logical answer would be to repeat the statement for reference.

It is very troubling that Trump made so many appointments that were proven horrible. Pence brought nothing to the campaign and nothing to the administration. When the chips were down, Pence proved that he was disloyal too. At his best he was boring and still a political negative.

Pence broke the laws of the US on Jan 6 to allow for a successful coup d’état. coup d’état is a worse sentence if it ever came to that then murder.

Example: An coup d’état took place on Jan 6. When an attempted take over of the government is orchestrated it is the Duty of the one counting the votes to hold the count for a proper investigation. What he did was allow the congress to be lied to stating the attack was from "MAGA." There is still to this day no evidence of that.

It will never come to a trial because the coup d’état was successful. Victors come to spoils.

I am sick of the lying and gaslighting on this forum. People here are willing to give Trump the benefit of the doubt about anything he does, but everyone else is held to the most stringent standard to the point where they are purposely misquoted or their motives are divined based on whether they are seen as "MAGA" or not.

I was around during here during the Clinton years. Even the smallest mis-step by Clinton was a cause for uproar. Nowadays, anything can be excused if someone is perceived to be "on our side."

The hypocrisy is getting beyond detestable. It is like the people who supported the Nazis because they hated the communists and vise versa. The only thing that made actions terrible is that it was something done by the other team. Anything atrocious can always be excused because the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
