No, Biden is somebody’s puppet here. His role in getting as much money and arms to UKR is solely because of the desires of his puppeteers AND to keep Zelensky from revealing to the world all of the corrupt deals and criminality of the Biden family re: Burisma, biological weapons labs in UKR, etc., IMO.
