Since when was Libya (where NATO bombed) and Syria (also) part of the North Atlantic state countries? Or even a member of NATO for that matter?
AFAIC, Europe and the US are the aggressors here by creating NATO first - it wasn’t until 1954 that Russia implemented the Warsaw Pact which is now defunct - as NATO should be.
Let Europe defend itself and fund it like they don’t fund NATO. Let them create, staff, equip, and fund their own army and leave the US out of it.
Russia was clearly an aggressor and was so before NATO was established. It is because Russia is a danger that NATO was created and the establishment of Warsaw Pact just showed that threat becoming greater.
You are right Libya was never a part of NATO but it became a threat due to its support of terrorism which is why it was bombed. If Syria was bombed it was due to the same reason.
