Russia was clearly an aggressor and was so before NATO was established. It is because Russia is a danger that NATO was created and the establishment of Warsaw Pact just showed that threat becoming greater.
You are right Libya was never a part of NATO but it became a threat due to its support of terrorism which is why it was bombed. If Syria was bombed it was due to the same reason.

It is your view that is nonsense my friend. In Syria and Libya cases NATO was used because the U.S. had no case for more world policing. You obviously don’t remember Ubama’s “Lead from behind” nonsense (something with which you should be intimately familiar.)
