I do not see how this is legal as the Governor basically rewrote the bill…a power only given the Legislature. I hope the GOP immediately appeals this in the courts.
“Line Item” means an entire Contract Line Item not individual letters. If you struck enough letters you could change it to anything you want.
Lol. 325 dollars per student in 2425 will be ten cents each. This was clever but they will be redoing this through the years.
