I do not see how this is legal as the Governor basically rewrote the bill…a power only given the Legislature. I hope the GOP immediately appeals this in the courts.

Apparently, Wisconsin does have a “line item veto.”
It does seem like an abuse though.
If there is a revenue shortfall over the next 400 years, maybe Evers and his descendants can make up the difference?
