Let the civil suits fly against the blacks with deep pockets for damage to civil society. The suits get so creative these days.

Take money from people who never owned slaves and whose ancestors never owned slaves and give it to people who were never slaves and whose ancestors were never slaves in the name of reparations for slavery?
Where are the reparations for guys like me who are descended from Civil War Union soldiers?
A commission of 9 people, of which 8 are black and one is Japanese-American. That should have a lot of credibility with the great majority of Californians who are neither black nor descended from someone who was interned in WWII. Whites and Hispanics together are about 75% of the population of California and Asians about 15% (most of them not Japanese-Americans), and only 5% or so African American.
How many white or Hispanic Californians feel personally guilty over injustices which may have been suffered by black Californians' ancestors?
Part of the reparations is relief from civil torts.
They were racist, so you get punished.

Regarding reparations to a specific group: I’m sure that the original native population of kalifornia, that had their land stolen by everyone else, has reservations.
