The US Justice Department's watchdog says that a "combination of negligence and misconduct" enabled financier Jeffrey Epstein to take his own life at a federal jail in New York City while he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz cites the federal Bureau of Prisons' failure to assign Epstein a cellmate after his previous one left and problems with surveillance cameras as factors in Epstein's death.
Horowitz said that Epstein was left in his cell with too many bed linens, which are a security issue and were used in his suicide...

Hey, we were told to take care of this guy, and we did.
They were affirmative-action hires. Can’t touch them.
Damn, I wish WE, as in OUR SIDE, had a president in charge at that time that could have gone that extra mile to make sure Epstein didn’t get killed. I mean, 99.99999% of the PLANET knew he was going to get killed.
They were affirmative-action hires no doubt. Can’t touch them. I, on the other hand am a white female, now almost 76. I worked for NY State’s Dept. of Correctional Services for 25 years. Had I actually falsified records to cover my ass over an inmate that “committed suicide” under my supervision, I would have not only lost my job, and my pension, but I would have done time in prison. Guaranteed.
Conveniently, they were shut down for "repairs." I think I recall that "work orders" had been sent to have them fixed, but repairs hadn't been completed.
I don't know how the Feds do it, but in NY State prisons, convicts weren't allowed to have colored clothing that matched anything uniformed staff wore. We were equipped with orange raincoats with the State logo on the back, so inmates couldn't get clothing in that color. We also wore grey, blue, and black, and those colors were also forbidden.
Is that Shaft or maybe Barry White?
Obviously from the bad orange man./s
Off the subject here but “that Maxwell dame” phrase has me thinking of old 30s or 40s gangster movies lingo, Edward G. Robinson or Humphrey Bogart, heheh. Kind of a nice break, really.
Forgot to mention earlier, that when I worked for NY State Corrections, and cell phones became popular, we weren’t allowed to bring them into work with us. They interfered with the radio communications within the facility. I’m assuming the guards were using their phones to access the internet, which was another big no-no. Using a device to connect to the internet within the facility was forbidden when I was in uniform. I retired in 2003.
Same thing happened concerning the OKC bombing.
Same play always.
Frame a Patsy, doctor the evidence, get a crooked autopsy, friendly judges who are blackmailed into going along, and a willing media.
Oh, and I forgot, a public that has an attention span of 15 minutes.
It is all fairly consistent with arkancide.
It’s a sham of a farce of a travesty of a sham
I’m guessing that the Mossad found that the incarcerated Epstein was more of a liability than an asset and therefore eliminated him.
Prison staff misconduct made it easier for sex predator Jeffrey Epstein to kill himself, DOJ watchdog says

Thanks. So you were in correctional work in New York.
We can rely upon you for personal experience and expertise.
That’s one of the good things about FR.
You can be an insider on Democrat and BLM behavior and tactics.
I've been retired for almost 20 years, so the gangs that were around back in the 80's and 90's were different, but thugs are thugs. They don't change tactics, just the names of their gangs.
