The US Justice Department's watchdog says that a "combination of negligence and misconduct" enabled financier Jeffrey Epstein to take his own life at a federal jail in New York City while he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz cites the federal Bureau of Prisons' failure to assign Epstein a cellmate after his previous one left and problems with surveillance cameras as factors in Epstein's death.
Horowitz said that Epstein was left in his cell with too many bed linens, which are a security issue and were used in his suicide...

What is no coincidence is that reports about bad things in the government are released right before weekends and holiday and what better time to do this than late June before Independence Day.

And this combination of "negligence and misconduct" just happened to occur in such a way as to result in the death of a prisoner who's knowledge could expose serious criminal behavior of dozens of extremely powerful men, many of whom are in the government.
But that would a tin-foil-hat conspiracy talk.

Now how can someone not conclusively know what the orange cloth was from?
After the mysterious death did one of the prison employees go around in a new $250,000 sports car heading into the staff parking lot like Richard Pryor in the Superman sequel?
Charges dropped! Gee, now that’s worth something.
Did someone check their and their family’s bank accounts?
Were any mortgages paid down significantly not long after?
Bill Barr knew. How could we predict it, yet he was shocked?

Nothing is consistent with claims of suicide.
And that murder part contributed too.
But consistent with Clinton arranged "suicides" of associates. The count is probably well over a hundred by now.
And of course no one will get fired or be charged.
