I still have serious issue with him trading his career military experience and access as a foreign agent to Turkey and Russia. Shame on him, shame on Trump for bringing him aboard. That said, the government abused him and their prosecution was wrong. He deserves justice, and that means maybe that $50 million plus attorney fees. Will it make things right? Better if the folks that perpetrated the malicious prosecution are themselves tried, convicted, jailed, and lose their pensions.
You knew they would try. Everybody knows the DC Swamp from judges to juries to the DOJ is thoroughly corrupt.

I cannot wait to see the two senior FBI executives who entrapped Flynn get cross examined under oath by a competent civil attorney.
I forget the names or mix up all the Deep State executives who were involved in the deliberate destruction of Trump and the Trump Administration.
