Tuesday, during an appearance on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom” after the announcement of the plea deal for Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, Fox News legal analyst and George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley warned the perception of the agreement would not be well received by many.
According to Turley, given the avoidance of jail and the lack of a mention of serious charges, the deal would reinforce the belief that there is a double standard within federal law enforcement.

Turley is not in the same category as most of the Trump haters on FNC.
He makes it clear and doesn’t pretend that he didn’t vote for Biden.
But nevertheless when you take a check from the Evil Media Empire of Rupert Murdoch, you are expected to sing for your supper.

Yeah, I thought lying on a form when guying a gun was a felony. I wonder how many perps in jail for doing that are now thinking “I should call my attorney and ask him to petition the court to change the felony charge levied against me when I illegally bought a gun to a misdemeanor like the one the DOJ charged Hunter Biden’s illegal gun purchase with”.
They have Trump’s valet indicted on serious charges to try and get him to turn against trump.
This is a sweetheart deal for Joe Biden.
In other words, like a charge of pederasty being reduced to a moving violation such as “following too closely.”
