A nuclear-armed nation isn't going to just "die" - not without making sure a lot of other people die, too. Pakistan will continue to limp along, and will continue to be a reservoir of world-wide terrorism - both state-sponsored and grass-roots Islamic varieties.

British map-makers and politicians have a lot to answer for. The world would be a better place today if Pakistan had never been created - the WTC towers would most likely still be standing, for one thing, and North Korea and Iran would not be nuclear-capable for another.

I doubt they'd even do that - they, along with everyone else, are watching what has happened to Ukraine since it gave up its nuclear weapons after the fall of the Soviet Union.
