It is called exculpatory evidence and the judge knows it. This is just a communist deep state continuation of Russia Gate with their FBI Crossfire Hurricane wiretapping of a presidential campaign and all of the disinformation fed to the public since 2016. They are probably wiretapping Trump, all of his associates and lawyers right now. This is just organized crime taken to the federal government level.

He can talk generally. He just can’t say, “oh dang the judge didn’t let the prosecutor give me a document.” He can talk about his innocence all day long. He can even say, “I’m being framed.” His talking points at his rally are general and he can still get them riled up.
But can Cannon be relied upon? She is supposed to be right down the middle and neutral. What are any indications she might lean Trump’s way and/or cut him some slack?
