Trump’s base are blue collar working class populists. They always support a populist in favor of an establishment candidate. Edwin Edwards, a Louisiana populist with a distinct scent of corruption following him everywhere ran for Governor with a slogan: “Vote for the crook, its important”. He won. He was later convicted for corruption and sent to prison, but his base was always with him. They hate slicky boys establishment types.
The primary is over. Trump won. He can win the general election in spite of the blatant cheating, but it will be close. Turn out, turn out will make the difference, both voting in person and vote by mail.
If Trump loses, we will have had our last election in this country.
Edwards was a four term governor. That’s how popular he was. The women absolutely loved him. He could have made a great president if he wasn’t such a gambling shyster on the side.

if you want Trump to win, you should be hoping for the lowest turnout in a hundred years, because his 2016 base is dying out and an entire new electorate of first time voters will be loaded for bear to vote for the progressives; you have to hope the independent cohort, 25 percent strong, will sit it out, because Trump won’t win them anyway...
I believe that they can make the vote turn out any way they wish and have been doing so for a long time. Mistake was made in 2016, they did not repeat the mistake in 2020.
Emboldened by suffering zero consequences in 2020, they repeated in 2022 even more ridiculously.
I think they will perform the blatantly absurd in 2024 and likely suffer no consequences then either. They would put Fetterman in, if they have to.
But I do believe it is very important for all to see. No more hiding it under the rug for these commies. Americans will either take out the trash, or Americans will be taken out; but no more of this sneaking around in the dark.
If Biden is the eventual nominee, it will be hard to steal it again without all but the most delusional dem-leftists recognizing that it was stolen. Biden’s mental impairment, his policy failures and his growing list of scandals will make it harder to convince people that he won fair and square, this time around.
