I agree. Just about anyone who lifts weights is going to have a high BMI and be “obese”. But body fat percentage is more reliable. If you’re at 10-15%, you’re doing well.

Makes you wonder what ‘population’ they used to create this odd index - anyone underweight via BMI measure is probably in need of hospitilization.
