Is This Proof the Trump Indictment Is a Scam?
PJ Media ^ | 06/14/2023 | Matt Margolis

Posted on 06/14/2023 9:11:34 PM PDT by SeekAndFind

As soon as the federal indictment of President Trump was unsealed, we were treated to stories featuring photos of “boxes of documents” stored in various rooms at Mar-a-Lago — including boxes in places like on the stage in the White and Gold Ballroom, and even in a bathroom:

Like the photos from the raid showing classified documents splayed out on the floor, these photos created a certain impression with the public. Just look at how many boxes there are! Look where they were put! Dozens of boxes all over the place, where anyone could get them.

But as Newsmax host Greg Kelly pointed out, it’s “a scam” that’s poisoning the public’s perception of Donald Trump in this case. Why? Because, as Kelly noted, the actual number of classified documents that were found at Mar-a-Lago could fit into one single box, with ample room to spare.

“You don’t have to be a lawyer to look at this and know that it’s a scam,” Kelly said. “Number one, in that indictment, they put some pictures in the indictment to scare us. Ooh, look at all these boxes. The classified documents in the boxes. These pictures are actually in the indictment, and there are dozens and dozens of boxes.”

He continued, “So I went through the indictment and saw that how many documents, classified documents, did the FBI actually recover? 102.”

Kelly then pulled out a box like the ones in the photos. “So, everybody, I got a box right here, alright? This is one box.” He then showed an intact full ream of paper — 500 pages — plus another 100 sheets of loose pages to represent the actual classified documents that were found. They didn’t even come close to filling a single box.

I curious how you know all of that information about what was collected.

Were they? Are there other cameras?

I remember reading that they weren’t, but I could be wrong.

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), in accordance with the Presidential Records Act, assumed physical and legal custody of the Presidential records from the administrations of Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Ronald Reagan, when those Presidents left office. NARA securely moved these records to temporary facilities that NARA leased from the General Services Administration (GSA), near the locations of the future Presidential Libraries that former Presidents built for NARA. All such temporary facilities met strict archival and security standards, and have been managed and staffed exclusively by NARA employees.

NARA unfortunately has become overtly political and declined to provide archival assistance to President Trump’s transition team. Interestingly, in its Press Statement NARA cites every recent President after Jimmy Carter as having received the same assistance with “archival and security standards”. Yet, President Carter, the last President before President Trump to not receive archival assistance found documents with classification markings in his home, which he returned to NARA (though apparently without an accompanying DOJ criminal probe).

Whether NARA’s departure from routine pack-out procedures for President Trump was intentional or a product of the compressed timeline, it did not take custody of the documents and this made necessary the transfer of boxes of documents to President Trump’s heavily secured home at Mara-a-Largo. To be clear, had NARA offered President Trump the same assistance that it had provided to all previous Presidents, he would have accepted the offer and there would have been no reason to transfer the documents to Mar-a-Lago.

Imagine if Trump has the proof of the Kennedy assassinations during an election featuring another Kennedy. Brilliant.

And who put those boxes there? My guess the FBI stooges moved them from their original location and made it look chaotic on purpose.

You're correct, the FBI has all but admitted the photos were staged. Not that it matters - if Klintoon could store classified information in his sock drawer, President Trump has the right to store his Presidential records as he sees fit.

And, Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election too. So, obviously he’s one bad criminal.

I posted this to show the time Trump actually left the Whitehouse on the 20th. I imagine all boxes had been removed. He’s not a messy person and would have demanded it be left spotless....for inspection by himself.

I think everyone should wait until we hear from Adam Schiff, on whether they have the proof of Trump’s guilt.

According to Kash Patel, and others, 1) there is no higher authority than the POTUS & Commander In Chief himself to Declassify any document he wishes at the end of his term that is in his own possession and, 2) upon his departure from the White House remove all docs to his private residence and, 3) has Two (2) years to review his papers and present any documents he deems to be of public interest or historic value to the National Archives for their compilation.

Of 18 Boxes, POTUS Trump had reviewed 15 boxes.

I can not find any report or US Court who disputes or overrides the singular privilege of the president over his WH documents, nor the arrangement with NARA to house all other documents not in the possession of a departing president.

Screaming on the runway, about any boxes loading for transport to Maralago, by a NARA staffer, is in the job description of no one affiliated with NARA.

Thus, the said staffer smeared the POTUS in the media, instead. Positively laughable behavior for representing NARA.

It will all come out.
What is the Best way to bring Evidence?

In Court.

The POTUS is entitled to DISCOVERY:
NARA behaviors, neglects of timely and proper assistance, defiance of procedures, fraudulent claims and general nuisance, in collaboration with Biden Administration etc... infinitum. And, audible whining towit. 😄

I did hear that the Classification System is notified by former presidents which documents he has personally declassified within that given time frame, above.

Trump doubtless did everything by the book knowing NARA was captured by the nefarious forces of the new resident.

I wonder what the grizzly FBI muzzled agents planted among those boxes they carted off from President Trump’s residence, and remaining in their possession.

Two tier justice impresses the hirelings and the stupid people, I’m afraid.😬

Let's be real....There isn't even an inkling that there are classified documents. The President wants them wherever is convenient. Obviously there is/was no intent to hold on to Classified Documents. Why would he? Makes "0" sense.

That same intent was good enough for Hillary, Joe, Pence....and probably 1000 others.

And this is an issue for a great many others....including Brandon, no? So how hard do they push? The fact we havent seen specifics regarding these documents to me means they were not of an actual national security nature. Ive heard the prosecution does not plan on elaborating on the contents of the boxes. Strange. Im not sure how that is going to work...but a if a simple process crime is the best they have, then I like Trumps chances. The more media I see say.... GOP is downplaying the seriousness of the charges...the more confident I am their case is garbage. Get the popcorn.

We know Trump and Melania left the Whitehouse at 8:00 AM on the 20th and boarded the Helicopter parked on the Whitehouse Lawn.

It's looking like the boxes were moved a week before.

You know Trump...he would have inspected the Whitehouse before leaving and I would bet my life on it that all boxes had been removed before the 20th.

Will look for picture of boxes arriving at Mar A Lago.

Think about Mar A Lago a bit. It was supposed to be the Winter Whitehouse. Seems to now be the year round Whitehouse for One Single President. Fate!!

There were apparently numerous boxes that had classified documents. They weren’t all packed in one box, but scattered across numerous boxes.
