Look to Moscow for purchases. The Russian stuff is performing better in the field.
The Russian stuff are death traps, built of shoddy materials and outdated.
Only if you're buying AK-47s, helicopters and artillery. Helicopters are worthless in Ukraine due to an active missile defense system. Their artillery is still pretty formidable. I guess if you're a dictator trying to suppress your citizens from revolting against you, you have no choice but to buy from the Russians.
