White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed President Joe Biden “was not involved” in the indictment of former President Donald Trump.
During Tuesday’s press conference, Jean-Pierre responded to a reporter’s question about whether Biden was involved in or influenced the investigation or indictment of his political rival.
“Can you say categorically that President Biden was not involved or influenced at all any of the decisions into the indictment of President Trump?” the reporter asked.

Joe Biden in November 2022 flat out admitted that he would keep President Trump from returning to office by political weaponization of the federal government.
Note that he did NOT say prevent Trump from winning for a third time via the ballot box but by what Biden called "legitimate efforts of our Constitution that he does not become the next president again."
When has a president ever claimed that his main opponent would not become president other than via the election process?
Instead Biden whose filter often slips due to an addled mind accidentally let slip that he would use not the ballot box but the "legitimate efforts of our Constitution" to prevent Trump from becoming president again.
It is obvious that he already knew back then that a politically inspired indictment via a weaponized DOJ was in the pipeline.

So Biden may or may not have weighed in Itcould have happened without his involvement.

He doesn’t have the brain cells to do a thing on his own, including walking the right direction. He is a brain dead empty vessel who just follows orders from his handlers.
Correct me if I am wrong. For this case to go to a special prosecutor, Garland needed sign off from Biden. The real issue that people should be upset about is using a special prosecutor for Trump’s case. I believe special prosecutors are intended for investigations and prosecutions for people within the executive branch. The idea being, that would be more impartial than having the DOJ which is part of the Biden administration going after a member of the Biden administration. The special prosecutor is being used incorrectly. Biden and his flunkies can pull the strings of puppet Smith with a veil of anonymity and deny it. If the DOJ was directly prosecuting you know for sure that Biden is pulling strings.

In a way, I believe her. Biden is so deep into his dementia, I doubt he knows who Trump is anymore, let alone getting involved in the indictment. But I have no doubt the white house is involved by way of his puppetmasters, the behind the scenes people who are really running the country in his place.

It takes no brain cells to do what others convince the Bidens to do…smarts don’t even enter into the equation.
And if it’s the trashy dubious and evil thing to do, the Bidens are willing to be paid $ to do it. They even deny their own grandchild/child their name, not because it tarnishes their name but because they’re trashy greedy people.
They have zero morals, as is exhibited by their dysfunctional family life and Hunter’s laptop data.
The more evil, the more they get paid. Of course nobody is going to fund their doing the right thing for this nation rather only what benefits others’ interests and they’re wholly fine with that, because they’re 100% trash as is exhibited yet again by their treatment of our White House.
Doesn’t the president have to sign off on the DOJ investigating anything. I think it was Levin that said he had to sign off on it.
