In essence you are committing to serve out what you were elected for. Voters never want a quitter. Sarah Palin made that blunder.
That was the tainted bait liberal Charlie Crist offered. DeSantis declined it.
And everyone knew it when they voted in that election; including Trump who endorsed DeSantis’ run in 2022.
What hogwash.
As if there has never been a governor who ran for President (or even as VP) during his term.
Sometimes that’s the risk you take.
Of course, the way EverTrumpers squeal you’d think DeSantis leaving FL would be good.
