As multiple country music artists spurn Bud Light over its embrace of transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, music legend Garth Brooks will go his own way.
Brooks is in the midst of building a bar called Friends in Low Places, which is located along Broadway in Nashville, according to WhiskeyRiff.
With artists boycotting the beverage — such John Rich banning the beer from his bar and Kid Rock taking a rifle to a pile of Bud Light cans — there was precedent for Brooks to join the pack.
Nope.

Garth who?
Everybody in New York and LA put on boots and a cowboy hat and moved to Nashville.
Alan Jackson even wrote a song about it “Gone Country”.
Although I could make the case that it started with Urban Cowboy.
Hey now, Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee are country (and in Mickey’s case, Gospel) singers/performers.
Can you imagine Mickey’s family? I mean you’ve got him, Jerry Lee Lewis (his cousin) and Jimmy Swaggart (also his cousin). That’s a lot of piano talent in one family.
Laura Ingraham.
Thank you. I couldn’t remember.
John Rich Responds After Garth Brooks Decides to Sell ‘Every Brand of Beer’ Amid Bud Light Controversy
“I think the customers decide. Customers are king,” (John) Rich said. “Our number one selling beer up until a few days ago was, guess what? Bud Light. That was the number one beer. We got cases and cases and cases of it sitting back there.”
“But in the past several days, you’re hard-pressed to find anyone ordering one,” he added. “So as a business owner, I go, ‘Hey, if you aren’t ordering it, we got to put something else in here.’ At the end of the day, that’s capitalism. … That’s how it works.”
The Left figured out a long time ago how to use Capitalism against us. “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!”
I am not a big fan of Brooks and Dunne, but my boyfriend is. I have seen then in concert several times. They are USA patriotic all the way.
Yup, that was George Strait and Alan Jackson.
Not the fake Garth Brooks/Chris Gaines.
