Shocking news of a Florida grand jury was revealed this week through leaks to the media.

Bloomberg noted evidence collected from the grand jury in Florida may be used in the DC case against Trump.

The charges range from conspiracy to willful retention of national defense information to a scheme to conceal to false statements, ABC reported.

Reporters swarmed the Miami courthouse on Thursday.

Trump will be arraigned in federal court in Miami next Tuesday afternoon.

ABC News reported:

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted for a second time, this time on federal charges in relation to his handling of classified information while out of office, sources familiar confirm to ABC News.

He is set to be arraigned in federal court in Miami on Tuesday at 3 p.m. ET, sources said.

“We’re learning from our sources that there appears to be at least seven counts here. This ranges from everything from the willful retention of national defense information to conspiracy to a scheme to conceal to false statements and representations,” ABC News’ Katherine Faulders reported during a special report on the network."

CNN is reporting this with the quote about “the can’t declassify as an ex president” but maybe not a quote from their leaked transcript where he specifically says he has documents he didn’t declassify and has no plans to remedy the situation. We must be cautious when it comes to reporting about Trump, about leaks. It supposedly comes from a 2021 meeting. When was this meeting? What was the context of the meeting?

Ultimately I don’t care unless he knowingly kept classified information to personally profit from it. At this point it is such an uninteresting “scandal” and just a distraction from the issues of the day. We’ll know more presumably Tuesday.

If Trump and his attorneys knew all of this with NARA, the President should have called a major press conference telling the people of America what was being done. We find out years later after a raid and indictment of what actually happened.

He was the President could have signed an order to have NARA OFFICIALS do what they were supposed to do.

Everything should have been videotaped, recorded with dozen of witnesses etc before any box left the WH.

I agree that, common sense would say it seems they don't "get it." That this will (should) galvanize his support.

They are counting on making him so radioactive, even without actual jail, that it scares enough of the weak-kneed/easily manipulated among us. And there are PLENTY of those people out there.

He' facing, what, over 100 counts by the time all of these criminals are done charging him?

It's so over the top insane now, I just hope and pray that they aren't successful in turning the "middle" away from him. That's what they're betting the farm, and our country, on.

He can be speaking the truth if he said he could have when president but didn’t then and we need to see the prof that he knowingly kept this document with the intent to reveal it publicly after leaving office.

Also he may have considered it declassified later while still president. Dates matter and how without seeing a list maintained for all documents by anyone can we know when , how, where they are reclassified.

Nobody should be confused about this because...they are ALREADY coming for us, on many different fronts. Just look at what's gone on in this country in the last 2 years alone. A tiny fraction:

• Concerned/angry parents use their 1st Amendments rights and are labeled as domestic terrorists

• 80k new IRS agents, many armed.
• Complain about the sexualization of children, you're a "white supremist."
• Disagree with the "green" fraudulent agenda, you're a Nazi.

Some will say, so what. Ignore much of that, especially the "labels." Problem is, far too many companies, across the country, buy into all this. And, when it concerns people's livelihoods, the majority will remain silent for fear of loosing their job. The anarchists and communist in control know this. They excel in messaging and controlling the language and narrative.

Trump really is just the tip of the spear against this assault on our culture, our liberties and the rule of law.
