Go to hell, Mike. Your candidacy has already fizzled.

So, Bye.

Sorry Asa, Trump will likely not be convicted in time.

"Convicted? No not convicted."

Just politically speaking, this is hard to understand.

These Republicans want to go after a candidate who is far and away the front runner for the presidential nomination.

They want to go after a candidate who is extremely popular among the “rank and file” Republican voters.

An intangible in politics, is the enthusiasm factor, or willingness, of people to get involved, making contributions, working on the campaign to get out the vote, etc. How much enthusiasm will there be, among Trump supporters, if these GOP establishment types, work against Trump so they can nominate a candidate who doesn’t have such strong support among “rank and file” Republican voters?

Mike Pence has been a milquetoast since his days as Governor of Indiana. Go back and watch his discussions with George Stephanopoulos to see how weak of a debater he is.

Pence has always reminded me of one of those phony, millionaire TV preachers like Jimmy Swaggart.

I never could stand him.

“The most boring, milquetoast guy”

That’s actually a pretty good qualification for a VP. You can’t pick a VP who will upstage you.

But it’s better to have a loyal, boring, milquetoast guy, obviously.

Is suppose the answer from the GOPe would be: “where else are they going to go?”

Judas was a better man because he acknowledged his guilty and although misguided tried to repent. This turd is just floating in a bowl waiting to be flushed after the first few “debates.”
He is a more sophisticated version of loud mouth Krispy Kream.

I can see a real simple way for the eGOP to get rid of Trump. Please feel free to let Pence and the other understand that they don’t have to support lawfare, lying, false testimony, leaks, Pedophiles, differential prosecutions, or any other non-sense.

See, it’s really Trump policies that people want. They want a vibrant economy. They want American Workers and Industry supported. They want America protected. They want border security and control of immigration, migrants, and green card holders. They don’t want to pay for, in blood or treasure, foreign wars. They wan’t our troops protected from terrorist attacks, and SEVERE consequences to nations that attack us or them. They want Democrats actually prosecuted for their criminal behavior. They want government fiscal responsibilities. They don’t want to pay for Government propaganda, Government paying off the media, abortion on demand, lifetime welfare, illegal aliens. They want social security protected by payments going to people that put money into the system. They don’t want the cartel’s running the border, the judges, the politicians or with the help of the Chinese, poisoning our youth. We don’t want racial conflict. We don’t want wasteful government. We don’t want our CIA and State Department to be government kickbacks to politicians via Delaware Trusts. We want environment protections that make sense, not stupid ones that don’t matter and destroy the economy and American jobs.

People, in general, don’t like Trump the person. The problem with the eGOP and Democrats is that they don’t want to give the people what will help the people or what they want. They want to sell us something we don’t want. Trump has shown a willingness to help ‘joe’ American. That’s why he is so far ahead in the polls.

It’s actually very simple. Start listening to what the American People need, stop filling your own pockets, and everyone will forget about Donald Trump and you don’t have to do the dirty, low down, lying, lawfare, garbage anymore.

I wonder if recruiters got sick of hearing that and “No, but we’re willing to learn” after that movie came out.

“Just politically speaking, this is hard to understand.”

It’s much easier to understand once you accept that we are now living under a rigged one party system, effectively.

Trump’s a wild card, but he’s probably the last wild card they need to deal with. Once they get rid of him (if they can), they don’t have to worry anymore about getting elected. If they are members of the “club”, then they’ll be set for life no matter what the voters think about it.

Problem is, the people with all the money, who have bought these politicians, do not want those things. If the politicians support those things, there is still no guarantee they will get our votes, or that our votes will be enough. But they are guaranteed to have those billionaires and all their machinery turn on them.

Nice sentiments there. They sure have a 2000-vintage ring to them.

The problem for the GOP is that voters simply don’t trust them to do those things. The party has destroyed its credibility right before our eyes. That’s why even Republican candidates who say all the right things (DeSantis, for example) don’t get traction with voters anymore.

There is a sizable share of Americans — probably at least 15%-20% of the voters — who are backing Trump for the simple reason that they’ve been internally conditioned to instinctively support the one political figure in at least a century who left the White House less wealthy than he was when he moved in.

The people will never support Ryan Binkley, Doug Burgum, Larry Elder, Tim Scott, Mike Pence, Asa Hutchinson, Chris Christie, Nikki Haley, Perry Johnson, Vivek Ramaswamy or Ron DeSantis.

President Trump 47/2024 or bust.
