A group of African American academics is pushing for a UN 'reparations tribunal' to make Washington pay multimillion dollar sums to black citizens for slavery-era abuses, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Justin Hansford, a professor at Howard University School of Law, led the charge for $5 million payouts to black Americans at the UN this week, flanked by colleagues from the University of Pittsburgh and Columbia University.

It was a business deal. Usually it would involve someone paying for the passage of an individual to the new world that would be paid back in exchange for so many years of labor.

I would bet your two ancestors were very happy with the deal especially when they were able to achieve so much here that they never would have been able to achieve in the old country.

Thousands of blacks were slave owners. More than 3,000 in New Orleans alone. Many blacks owned plantations and enslaved their fellow blacks.

So, we give 13% of our population—43 million people—each $5 million. What do these people think race relations are going to look like after that?

Does the government stop all race based programs in government?

The cost of housing will soar. The cost of everything would soar. And the tax burden on the non minority folks is going to be staggering.
