FIRST ON FOX – Some southern Target stores were forced by the corporation to move LGBTQ Pride merchandise away from the front of their locations after customer "outrage" to avoid a "Bud Light situation." Many Target locations across the country feature massive June Pride month displays on an annual basis, with items this year ranging from "tuck friendly" bathing suits for transgender people to mugs that say "gender fluid." But the retail juggernaut has been criticized by some conservatives for the displays, with children’s items particularly irking many customers. A Target insider told Fox News Digital that many locations, mostly in rural areas of the south, have relocated Pride sections to avoid the kind of backlash Bud Light has received in recent weeks after using a transgender influencer in a promotional campaign.

Target CEO DEFENDS marketing ‘tuck-friendly’ women’s swimwear
‘When we think about purpose at Target, it’s really about helping all the families, and that ‘all’ word is really important,’ he said.
‘Most of America shops at Target, so we want to do the right thing to support families across the country.’

Also, my teenagers (who are socially conservative like me) continually shake their heads at how so many of their fellow high school students buy into the woke agenda (”What’s wrong with them?”), even though we are in a very conservative voting district with pretty good church attendance, etc. Anyone who doesn’t admit the sea change with the younger generations has their head up their ...
Mmm...you can’t exactly count the family restroom as just a “name change” I think.
Because I absolutely loathe Sodomite month, but as a dad of 4 girls, I really appreciate family restrooms.
Not that I am against boycotting Target, mind you.
Learn the lesson from the left, folks....don’t spread your boycott power around so it gets all diffused and has no impact.
Pick out the most egregious example of corporate Sodomism, publicly pressure it until it cries uncle, and take the win.
Fear of sharing their fate will help control the others.
We had 2 girls.....God give you strength.
I have a little grandson. I’ve bathed him and helped with his potty training.
Trust me…they ain’t tucking themselves into anything. Poor kid sometimes gets so nervous he has a difficult time finding it.
If stuff is being marketed that way, it’s by people without kids. My guess is this particular story is apocryphal and not a “real” thing.
TOO LITTLE TOO LATE
First they co-opted & subverted the rainbow from the book of Genesis.
Today I was looking at the children’s clothes featured in Target’s Pride display.
There were numerous items included in the display with relatively innocuous designs that really didn’t scream “gay!” other than having multiple-colored figures or flowers or stripes.
Apparently any brightly multicolored item is now being co-opted to suggest support for the gay agenda, even if it’s not explicitly a rainbow design.
Now your kids are being subtly conscripted into the gay army. Parents must consciously dress their children in dull solid or dark colors if you don’t wish to surrender them.
On the next shelf over are the hamsters. And they look nervous.
Target corporate knows they are pushing something the majority of Americans do not endorse. However, they probably are thinking they have no choice. The ESG hardliners probably tell them, “Nice institutional investors you have there. It would be a shame if they all suddenly started selling their stock. For then your corporation might be downgraded to a ‘sell’”
I suspect that type of message is being delivered to a lot of companies.
Rip van Winkle, wake up!
