I wonder if her expert gave his opinion on the stand on the actual number of illegitimate signatures, not just a percentage. If that number was higher than her deficit that’s exactly what is needed. If he didn’t, that is her lawyer’s fault.
Fury doesn’t want to hear about election fraud. In his eyes, if a court says it hasn’t happened, then it hasn’t happened. He believes the issue has already been decided, and that it’s wrong to bring up evidence that contradicts the official narrative.
Kind of reminds me of the left with their “settled science” narrative regarding climate change. It shouldn’t be talked about because it’s already been decided.

He did give actual numbers for about three of the verifiers who were approving signatures in 2-3 seconds each.
There’s no way any of these thousands of signatures can be verified, so they can’t be confirmed as legitimate or not.
Technically, since they can’t be verified, added to the fact that the number is more than Kari “lost” by, the election should never have been certified.

Sadly, I agree with you. This judge has already revealed that evidence and the law mean nothing to him.
Having said that, Lake has vowed she will appeal this as far as she can, all the way up to SCOTUS if necessary. I still hold out a dim hope that she might get justice through the appeal process, but I’m not counting on it.
