Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna introduced a resolution Wednesday that would remove Democratic California Rep. Adam Schiff from the U.S. House of Representatives.
The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the resolution, which cites the Durham Report as the reason the congresswoman believes Schiff should no longer serve in Congress.
“Adam Schiff lied to the American people. He used his position on House Intelligence to push a lie that cost American taxpayers millions of dollars and abused the trust placed in him as Chairman. He is a dishonor to the House of Representatives,” Paulina Luna said in a statement.
“The Durham Report makes clear that the Russian Collusion was a lie from day one and Schiff knowingly used his position in an attempt to divide our country,” she added.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan sent a letter to Special Counsel John Durham after the release of his report Monday, calling on him to testify before the committee. (RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: Jim Jordan Invites John Durham To Testify After DOJ Releases Report)
The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter to Durham after his report found the FBI used “uncorroborated intelligence” when launching its probe into former President Donald Trump and his alleged ties to Russia.
“Neither U.S. nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement,” Durham’s report states. The committee will review the report and ask Durham questions about it during the hearing.
Jordan called on Durham to testify before the Judiciary Committee on May 25 at 9 a.m.
The bug-eyed freak should be in jail.
Schiff is the PERFECT replacement for DiFi. Both communists.
One thing that should be done with anybody who was in government & acted as Schiff did would be to never ever again allow them in a government job.

Kicking this Schiffhead out of Congress will guarantee he will be the next Senator from California.
The lying part is expected, since he’s a Democrat. The part that should get him removed is his lying about CLASSIFIED INFORMATION that very few have access to.
For people paying attention, back when Shiff was flat-out lying about Russian collusion, Nunes stated just that, that Shiff was lying, since Nunes saw the same info - but then it was classified, so Nunes’ hands were tied in explaining just what Shiff was lying about.
DiFi already looks like death warmed over.
Schiff was likely the brains behind the dossier, and gave the idea to Hillary, and Hillary ran with it in order to help her campaign.
Schiff and Nadler and Pelosi and Schumer, and Obama and Biden all got ecstatic when the Steele dossier became the product of their derangement issues against Trump.
Schiff could not let go of it and doubled-down with statements that he has seen and has the proof. It was the tool that they thought would finally get rid of Trump.
Lying to that extent cannot be tolerated, especially when the intent was to undo the will of the people of the U.S. Crimes so big should be eligible for capital punishment, since they’re likely bigger than the highest kind of treason.

If Congress succeeds in kicking him out, the next time Democrats control the Congress, how fast do you think they would kick out MTG, Lauren Boebert and a few others, if the Democrats kick out some Republican first then it would be open season
