I saw clips of them bitching about how unfair and misleading Durham was about his charges agains the FBI. Hosts on the Democrat media outlets were wining, too. The FBI even put out a weak statement in its defense.
Obviously they will try to get a change venue to the DC circuit because everything happened there but I doubt that Florida circuit will agree. His chances of winning the case is good, especially since the IG report placed a shadow on the prosecution and the Comey statements about ambushing him should be admissible.
