It came out yesterday that she’s been attending St. Louis University ‘full time’ to get an advanced nursing degree. Question immediately arose, “How can she do her job, if she’s in nursing school?” This might well be the straw that broke this camel’s back.
Because it's going to take her nearly a month to smash all the hard drives and shred all the incriminating paperwork?
Now disbar her and remove her qualified immunity.
The judges in St. Louis are obviously fed up with her office’s incompetence and her lack of ability to fulfill her duties. Most attorneys previously employed there have resigned leaving her office with only one or two staff attorneys to handle hundreds of pending cases.
They repeatedly fail to appear for court dates and trials, and when they do they are woefully unprepared. Their office has dismissed cases in which the evidence clearly shows the accused is guilty and pled-down charges to the point even murderers or rapists walk free with no punishment.
She needed to go,but I would have preferred she be fired.

I don’t think that resigning gets her out of potential BAR sanctions. These are independent of anything going on court to that could lead to her being kicked out of office.

Her “attendance” is probably a scam to get out of paying back student loans.

Most of the Soros DAs are black women in Democrat cities. Seems most are unqualified to practice law. The dumb racist woman DA in Baltimore was indicted a while ago. I can only think of a couple that are white men. One of them in Tampa was fired by DeSantis.

As a lonely Conservative in the City of St. Louis this is a great day. The champagne corks are popping un AG Bailey’s office in Jeff City. I have been a RN for 43 years an I can only pray if I am in the hospital that she is not my nurse.
