One of them is now a United States Senator.

I remember the code pink hags during the Bush 43 years. Yes, how any times did they disrupt congressional hearings maybe 100? Yet not a single "insurrectionist" was prosecuted.
I do fear that I may be having a mental health crisis as I actually agree with them on this one.

Code Pink is still around? I remember these nasty creatures from almost twenty years ago at a gathering for Katherine Harris. We gave ‘em the boot.

A broken clock is right at least some of the time. Assange should be freed.

World Liar Day would be a better title for the event.

I have been harassing Code Pink for their silence on Ukraine via their Twitter account. It seems like someone took notice.

“We’re here to celebrate freedom of expression, and we just experienced it,” Ignatius said following the removal of the activists.
He missed the irony in this statement

If they are protesting Blinken, at least they are principled and, in his case, have the moral high ground.

Julian Assange should be released. He was doing traditional journalism. And offended the Deep State.

” Ignatius and Blinken did not discuss the majority-communist and -socialist countries that rounded out the top ten, with the exception of China ...
North Korea took the 180th spot on the RSF list, the world’s worst place to attempt journalism. North Korea has no media independent of the communist state apparatus and its flagship, the Korean Central News Agency. China ranked only above North Korea on the list.
The rest of the top ten included the explicitly communist governments of Vietnam and Cuba; socialist Eritrea and Syria; and socialist-aligned Iran, Turkmenistan, and Myanmar. Bahrain, number 171, was the only country in the bottom ten not governed by a left-wing regime.”
