I think everyone is disgusted with journalists.....that’s not going to change as long as they continue as they are.
Many foreign “journalists” are spies. Even America shoots spies. CNN, NYT, AP, NBC have spies.

I feel much the same way. I am not advocating violence against them.
The problem is, the overwhelming majority of journalists have a Leftist world view, and one of the most asinine aspects of Leftist world view is this mantra they all believe:
“I believe people are fundamentally good, but they are corrupted by society. I am a principled, important, and famous journalist, working for good in the world, on the side of oppressed peoples. People want good things for people and they wouldn’t hurt me. Those who might hurt me won’t do so, because I am too important and famous, I am an (INSERT WESTERN NATIONALITY HERE) and it would bring trouble on them if they did hurt me.”
This is endemic in their mindset.
If they don’t say “...I am an (INSERT WESTERN NATIONALITY HERE) and it would bring trouble on them if they did hurt me...” they would say “...I am a journalist working for (INSERT GLOBAL MEDIA OUTLET) and it would bring trouble on them if they did hurt me...”
Either way they don’t understand that people can be inherently bad apart from societal influences, your principles and affinity for “oppressed peoples” makes them MORE of a target not less of a target for many of these inherently bad people, there are people who don’t give a crap about what is good or bad for anyone else but themselves, and if they simply don’t care about the nationality or employer of a journalist, those things might make those inherently bad people positively hostile to them.
They are the same idiots who are in places that sensible thinking people understand they should avoid unless they have protection, but they are there to virtue signal, appear edgy and invincible, or it makes them rich, and then they take a bullet through the head or their mangled body turns up in some remote location.
They are canonized by their stupid employers, eulogized by the politicians, but in the end, they are dead.
I would feel differently and less cynical if 95% of these media did not unequivocally demonstrate each and every day that they are hostile to the values this country was founded on and actively insert themselves to advocate for those very attitudes and policies that made the third world hell-holes they sometimes die in exactly what they are, but...that is not the case.
They have repeatedly shown themselves to be enthusiastic and often corrupt allies with people whom I regard as enemies.
With that in mind, I take no joy in their untimely deaths, but I don’t feel much sympathy, either.
This is the biased United Nations as reported by CBS. Take it with a large grain of salt.
