But tens of thousands of lefties protesting against judicial reform is big news.
Every time there’s a leftist rally against democratic judicial reform, the media amplifies it as loudly as possible. But when there’s a conservative rally in support of it, there’s media silence.
The “March of the Million” near the Knesset in Jerusalem on Thursday evening may not have hit its target (organizers say 600,000 attended; police say 200,000), but it succeeded in putting to bed opposition claims that Israelis are united against judicial reform. It also provided much-needed backing to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s beleaguered government.
Encountering Herzl Hajaj of Choosing Life, a forum of Israeli terror victims and bereaved families, JNS asked him to explain the difference.
“The right is always happier,” he said. “There’s a lot of money driving the left’s protests. The folks who make all the noise and confusion do it for a payment. People here have left work. They came from Eilat, Metulla, Dimona because their hearts are with this government.”
Another notable difference was the age of the protesters. At Thursday’s rally, youth was the rule with thousands of teens in attendance. Young families with infants were not uncommon.
The media repeatedly amplified rallies that they claimed had 100,000 attendees. This time they’re reduced to claiming that it’s 200,000 (the Israeli police are an arm of the same political system being reformed) which means that it’s actually a good deal higher. But even if it were only 200,000, that should be notable. Right?

Well, of course the media whores ignored it.
The mainstream US media does not always cover domestic politics of foreign countries.
Media supremacy.
They covered the left-wing side of this story in quite a prolific manner.
So what’s the real scoop about this situation?
Is this judicial reform the leftist version of judicial reform that we are seeing here in this country?
Or is it actual judicial reform that should happen, like prosecuting and jailing or otherwise punishing criminals?
I’m surprised about the Jerusalem Post.
Underlying this is strong opposition to the kind of government currently in office - the most right-wing in Israel's history - and to Mr Netanyahu himself
I’m inclined not to trust this source.
“The right is always happier,” he said. “There’s a lot of money driving the left’s protests. The folks who make all the noise and confusion do it for a payment. People here have left work. They came from Eilat, Metulla, Dimona because their hearts are with this government.”
I have a foot in two countries, for good and bad. Accident of birth, circumstance, and profession, I suppose.
I used to think it was a conspiracy theory, but the Left, media, and Deep States of both countries is 100% unified. I pay attention to other countries, albeit not to the same degree, and notice the same.
No, it’s not Israel or us Jews controlling the USA. We’re part of the controlled. Perhaps the Red Herring or scape goat. (Although there are certainly nominal Jews who are controllers. Just like there are nominal Mormons or Baptists or Hindus.).
But there definitely is a crew of oligarchs and Deep Staters controlling everything, moving Overton Windows with Bud Lite and chopping out tall poppies like Tucker.
Who owns the global media? Media companies around the globe have consolidated to the point that there are only few global sources for the propaganda that passes for news these days.
Black Rock is my first suspect.
It’s openly behind suppressing USA domestic oil and was active in trying to defeat the Israel-to-Italy gas pipeline that gives Europe a back up plan in case of Russian problems.
For clarity, I don’t think there is some shadowy Illuminati formal group. Just a loose confederacy of oligarchs and shared interests to screw the middle class, working poor, and upper middle.
Basically “royalty” and nonworking poor against the broad middle.
It’s right out of the monologue in 1984.
