Probably not a popular opinion, but where does personal accountability come in? So a government agent says, hey let’s go commit crimes and you go, you shouldn’t be held responsible? Unless you are mentally deficient or a kid, if some one encourages you to get involved in a mob action, the only person responsible for any crimes you commit is you. You have the ability to say “No” or even report to the proper authorities.

People are being arrested, tried and jailed for the simple act of just being in Washington DC on January 6. Civil servants where I live, who were in DC, have lost their jobs.

It is way past time to identify and prosecute, with the same vigor, so-called police authorities who infiltrated the crowd and, in some cases, incited behavior equally “unacceptable” as the government charges.

Fair is fair.

The possibility, as well as the written discussion of witholding exculpatory evidence, are grounds for dismissal, as it causes "reasonable doubt".
If any of those considered by the defense attorneys as being "Feds" can be identified,
and then subpoenaed into court and they admit to being there under orders, or directed to attend by a superior agent,
the "insurrection" issue can be deemed "moot".
This opens up a possibility of a class action lawsuit for all the defendants.
