Personally, given his popularity, I think Tucker Carlson should go with the Joe Rogan approach.
Start doing a podcast, own 100% of the content, if YouTube gets in the way go to Rumble and Spotify. Spotify is paying huge money for Joe Rogan and he’s been as polarizing as Tucker and Rogan owns 100% of the content.
Rogan is making millions from his podcasts, Tucker can make millions and as much as he was with Fox and not have to deal with management because he will own everything.
Fox is officially dead!! Tucker Carlson was the only program on Fox me and my wife still watched. Glad I DVR’d his last show on Friday.

Live events like election returns I will fire up TV/Cable News and bounce between them, and even then I find myself fighting back vomiting.
Television/Cable news are just awful.
I honestly don’t know how anyone watches it, it rates at the same level of mind rot as “reality” TV to me.
Calling it “news”, and I don’t care what channel or station you are watching it, is purely fiction.
That’s my point, he doesn’t have national advertising, so him leaving Fox News and his advertisers following him, since he doesn’t have advertisers, then virtually no one will follow him.
Personally, I think he should go the Joe Rogan route and start a podcast and own 100% of the content, he will get sponsors and end up making more money from a podcast than he was a Fox News, Rogan is making many millions from his podcast. They’re enough outlets for Tucker to work with and still make money.
