That is not the mission of The National Guard - the Guard is a military force Not DEA agents.
Except for logistics and surveillance, I don’t see what the National Guard could do, since Newsom obviously doesn’t want to control who or what crosses the border.

1. Liberals get involved in something, anything.
2. Immediately a crisis/problem develops.
