The Biden administration is leaning toward evacuating U.S. government personnel from Sudan, two sources familiar with the planning told NBC News, after nearly a week of heavy fighting between the army and a rival paramilitary group in the capital city of Khartoum.
The evacuation would include several dozen U.S. citizens working under the umbrella of the U.S. embassy, according to a military official and two congressional staffers. The Pentagon announced Thursday that the U.S. was deploying extra troops to the region in case they were needed for an evacuation.

US should be strong enough, brutal if necessary, that no one dares touch US embassy, workers, or citizens. But under Biden, we instead quickly surrender and run.
No. Wait until there is really great threats and impossible odds before you start evacuating. Make those Special Ops and Marines earn that hostile fire pay.
Well. That’s mighty nice of them. 🙄😡
As if that corrupt doddering pedophile actually makes any decisions.
Someone on staff with a functioning brain is telling the Biden Team, that they have to at very least go through the motions of rescuing these Americans from Sudan now.
“It really doesn’t matter that some of those on the ground may have voted for Trump. Do it anyway because these are fellow Americans!” is the arguement. The Biden Team is perplexed and confused by that line of thinking.
If you’re waiting for President Retard to save you
You must be a dumb libtard
Time to start adopting a few conservative positions, so you can get some legitimate votes, eh?
Besides… We already lost that one. They kill our soldiers, and we got stuck with Ilhan Omar.
Trump should take Trump one in and get them out
“US should be strong enough, brutal if necessary...”
It apparently is whan it comes to putting up the rainbow flag even if it pisses off the locals, but when things really get rough, it runs away.
“The evacuation would include several dozen U.S. citizens working under the umbrella of the U.S. embassy...”
In other words, they want to get American CIA thugs evacuated before the Sudan military can get their hands on them for fomenting this civil war and stand them in front of a firing squad.
The people in charge in Sudan know the trouble American CIA agents have stirred up there.
This is what the U.S. government has been doing all over the world for MANY years.
Biden’s decision will be announced late tonight on a Friday it’s that shameful of an event.
Do you want to be a high-level intelligence work American and be tortured for information?
Agree.
Remember the serious statement until maybe the late 1970s “You can’t do this to me. I’m an American citizen.”
First I heard of an explanation for why it was becoming a joke was that President Jimmy Carter had so many foreign power entanglements and behind the scenes backpedaling deals going on that he couldn’t do anything about most cases. And foreign powers knew he was a total weakling and incompetent.
The subsequent Iranian U.S. Embassy abduction of non combatant Americans under supposed diplomatic protection set that old statement to rest for good.
However, the United Nations in NYC and the other foreign embassies get full diplomatic immunity. Bad car accidents involving DWI and other crimes by foreigners result in deportation instead of prison or most end with no charges at all.
Note: Two similar protections for foreigners in the US.
“Sovereign or governmental immunity protects a sovereign state or agency from lawsuits without their consent. Diplomatic immunity is granted to diplomatic personnel exempting them from the laws of a foreign jurisdiction.”
So
US out of the UN. UN out of the US.
“leaning toward.” What the hell does that mean? What kind of attitude is that? It’s just like “circle back” Psaki. Is that how we talk when U.S. citizens’ lives are in danger?
you cant get them out joe the airports being shelled
biden wants boots on the ground
When we get herded into the concentration camps after the 2024 election steal we will try to blurt that out. No use.
This is a really, really bad time to be alive.
Four piggies to write this one?
