Ain't America Great!
Alex’s new Freeper nickname is “shooter”......
Again there are some people above the law.
Disgusting.
Maybe.
But the civil remedies for the families of the slain and wounded against Baldwin, his production company and the armorer abound.
Money talks. Miscarriage of justice.
I wonder how much that cost him.
Won’t bring the victim back.
Alec has spent years feeling sorry for himself.
Maybe now he can finally move on.
One standard for the peasants. Another for Hollywood’s elite.
I wonder how much the lawsuits will cost him?
It’s a world thing, money, power, influence, celebrity...but God is not of this world and He will have the final say.
I would say that only the Baldwin, but it hasn’t worked for me
murder of the reporter investigating him.
murder of witnesses is now the CHIEF function of the DO”J”
when they are not protecting traffickers and treason
from 1600 to Wray.
Another example of how the leftists have perverted and betrayed the justice system.
A lot of annoyed people, but this was a bad case. Under NM law any judge would have to toss it.
I am no fan of Alec Baldwin, but the man did NOT commit a crime. He had no criminal intent. And it is perfectly reasonable for an actor to assume that a prop gun does not contain bullets in it, especially when there is a professional “armorer”—who is paid to make sure that props are safe. This does not mean that Baldwin is completely blameless. His actions may have been negligent, and, if so, he will have to pay damages for wrongful death. IMHO, the criminal case can’t get past the fact that a paid professional is responsible for making sure the guns on the set are not loaded with real bullets.
A sane voice!
It’s also important to note that Baldwin was not charged because he was the one who shot her.
He was charged because he was a producer on the film and in that role failed to ensure a safe set.
The mistake the DA made was not charging the half dozen other producers for the same crime. Any first year law student could pull that case apart.
After all those years of calling legal fully background checked law abiding gun owners murderers and railing against any kind of gun ownership. Alec gets away with Murder !
I guess the prosecutor’s ignored all of the anti gun and anti gun owner statements he has made throughout his career.
