The House on Thursday passed legislation aimed at preventing biological males from competing as transgender athletes in girls’ and women’s sports at schools across the country, after a debate in which several Democrats accused Republicans of "bullying" transgender students by calling up the bill.
The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act passed in a 219-203 vote Thursday morning – all the "yes" votes came from Republicans, and all the "no" votes came from Democrats.
Republicans defended the bill as an attempt to spare women and girls from having to compete against transgender women and girls – biological males who can sometimes dominate these sports and prevent some female athletes from making the team. But several Democrats argued in debate that the GOP bill is an extension of the bullying that transgender students are already facing at school.

Recently the Prime Minister of the UK was in the news for saying women didn’t have male genitalia.
When knowing that women don’t have male genitals puts you in the news you are living in crazytown.
Well, Son of a B..er Gun, I was wrong. I did not think the House leadership would allow this to be brought up for a vote. Plus, if they did, I really thought there would be enough defectors to shoot it down.
However I am not surprised there were zero, zip, nada crossovers from the Democrats. Party Loyalty, they do stick together, even when they know The Party is wrong.
Democrats’ capacity for projection is amazing. Will Thomas wins swimming titles pretending to be a woman, taunts his detractors, and defending the real women is what they call “bullying”?!
Trans athletes like Lia Thomas are the ‘bullies’.

There are programs for that player called Babe Ruth and Pony League baseball along with school programs. You might be better suited if you questioned if it is bullying to not provide a program for 15 year old softball players that just want to play but only girls are allowed to play in little league softball and school related softball programs that have no outlet. That’s what is happening. They call this a gender equality bill yet it has nothing to do with women’s equality as it really displays the lack of programs available to men rather than women. So who’s being shorted when the women can play anywhere and the men/boys are being denied?
