Abortion is not a federal issue. I would not compromise on that point. I would flippantly dismiss any of their counter arguments as frivolous, and refuse to hear further remarks on it. “Everybody knows abortion is murder. Issue settled. Move on.”

Just start doing what the Rats have been doing; ballot harvesting, contesting the validity of ballots from DemocRat strongholds, and for heaven’s sake DON’T LEAVE THE BALLOT COUNTING AREAS UNTIL ALL THE BALLOTS HAVE BEEN COUNTED.

NEVER, EVER, trust the ballot counters. Watch them like a hawk watching for an easy chicken dinner.

How can Republicans be faithful to voters who firmly oppose abortion but also appeal to the majority, and win elections? By demanding that every state put abortion laws before voters, instead of allowing governors and state legislatures to dictate policy. In some states, that would likely result in a continuation of broad restrictions; in others, it would not. That’s called democracy, with all voters having their say. The GOP needs a leader to declare this the Party’s policy. The only person able and perhaps willing to do so is Donald Trump.

Democracy cannot be used to determine if innocent people are allowed to be culled.

Compromise is wrong there’s no doubt but if republicans want to start winning on this issue then they need to humanize the unborn. They need to get survivors of botched abortions. They need to show how it’s hurting women and families…they need to push facts, period. But most important they need to mention options show it was designed for medical emergencies of life and death not out of selfish convenience!

"The one pivot Republicans could make to start winning again"

Does that mean that the testicles and spinal columns can be reattached?

The pro-life movement has been doing all that you suggest for over 50 years.

The message has been suppressed by cowards.

As for your assertion "show it was designed for medical emergencies"....IT WAS NOT!!

It was "designed" for eugenics, and sexual irresponsibility. Once we had the pill and the message that consequence free sex was possible, Abortion was essential to insure that fraud.

The "medical emergencies" line is a marketing ploy pretending compassion.

No Law was ever drafted to limit abortion to "medical emergencies". The language addressing "the life and health of the mother" was only a smokescreen to include "anxiety" under the umbrella of "health of the mother", which means any excuse will do.

And in addition to conservative losses, what if it actually empowers radically pro-abortion Democrats?

NO!

We cannot compromise on slaughtering babies.

I don’t care how she rationalizes it. That’s what got us in this mess in the first place and that is why God has His hand of judgment on the US.

A hell of a lot more important things are on the table for the election then the abortion issue it’s not outlawed their bitching is they want it government paid for.

It’s why planed parenthood and the democrat party are pimping it.

I’m not the one who knocked you up or your daddy don’t expect me to pay your way.

Good question. Politically abortion is a difficult subject to deal with. In a diverse country , where most people oppose very strict limits on abortion, how do conservatives maneuver in that political environment?

Forget abortion. All Republican re-election efforts should be focused on HARVESTING BALLOTS. When you can collect the most votes, you don’t need to address issues or even have a living candidate.

The Republican party is embarrassed by social conservatives. They do nothing for them but they need the votes.

In addition we should have a no-card voter ID system. When any person registers to vote, his/her picture is taken. When you show up at the polling place another picture, and facial ID does the rest.

Every time a person votes, the picture is updated. If there are warrants out, a paddy wagon is waiting...

If I was a GOP advisor I would employ a national strategy to help win over middle-ground voters on this issue. My strategy would be as follows:

1. Identify about 15-20 safe Democrat House districts in deep “blue” areas.

2. Run a third-party candidate under a “White Nationalist Party” label in each of these districts.

3. Let the candidate run on a radical pro-abortion platform, using this approach: “Keep abortion legal so Planned Parenthood can make lots of money killing black babies, and so Democrats can eradicate themselves by killing off their own future.”

4. Also … emphasize the importance of keeping abortion legal in heavily Democratic areas so states like New York, Illinois and California will keep losing House seats.
