I don’t think you quite know what you’re talking about or how prevalent gaming is among both military members and government employees.
This leak almost certainly came from a junior military member trying to settle some pissant argument.

I briefly worked for DoD about 30 years ago. My first guess is that employees were gaming during working hours.
I never saw that happen.
Now Hillary went to great lengths to put classified information on a non-secure server - so there may be other ways it could have happened.
